Archer Starter Quest (Night Harbor)

Part 1 — Reporting to the Garrison (Level 1)

1. You start with a Notice of Recruitment ordering you to report to the Steel Talons Martial Academy on the southwest side of Night Harbor.
2. Find Fedamius Steele III watching the courtyard from his post on the wall above, and hand him the notice. He redirects you down into the courtyard to his brother-in-law, Jacobin.
3. Give the notice to Jacobin Yeats in the courtyard. He hands you a Steel Talon Trainee Tunic and Jacobin's Bag, and sets your first task: collect necklaces from Ashira scouts outside the gates as proof you can shoot.

Part 2 — Ashira Scouts and Warriors

1. Kill Ashira scouts in the west gate noob yard until you loot 4 Ashira Scout Necklaces, then combine them in Jacobin's Bag to form a Bag of Ashira Scout Necklaces.
2. Hand the bag to Jacobin Yeats. He hands you Jacobin's Pack and raises the stakes: bring back 6 Ashira Warrior Necklaces.
3. Kill Ashira warriors in the west gate noob yard, or look for small camps of Ashira lookouts and warriors in Shaded Dunes, until you loot 6 Ashira Warrior Necklaces. Combine them in Jacobin's Pack to form a Pack of Ashira Warrior Necklaces.
4. Return the pack to Jacobin Yeats. He hands you Jacobin's Note to take, along with your tunic, to the garrison quartermaster.

Part 3 — Joining the Roster

1. On the north side of the courtyard, hand your Steel Talon Trainee Tunic and Jacobin's Note to the Garrison Quartermaster. Your faction standing with the Night Harbor Garrison improves.
2. He welcomes you aboard and gives you the Steel Talon Bowman Tunic, completing the quest.
