Survival covers practical field crafting for adventurers far from civilization.

Getting Started

Open your Ability Book to the Skills section and select Crafting: Survival. Survival merchants and trainers can be found across from the Sageside bank and along the north wall of the Sojourner’s Camp in Night Harbor. To craft, cast Crafting: Survival.

Materials & Tiers

Survival doesn’t have a material tier chain the way most crafts do — it’s a toolkit of utility items you can make anywhere. Campfires only need Wood and are usable from the very start. Bandages scale with whatever fabric you’re carrying: Cloth, Wool, and Cotton scraps each make a matching bandage and its “Heavy” upgrade.

Leveling Tips

Since Survival is cast rather than crafted at a bench, you can level it on the go. Keep a stack of Cloth Scraps or Wool Scraps handy and cast Crafting: Survival between fights to turn them into bandages as you level.

Pairs With

Tailoring and Tanning — supply the Cloth, Wool, and Cotton Scraps bandages are made from.
First Aid — likely the skill that puts these bandages to use in combat.
