Wizard Starter Quest (Night Harbor)

Part 1 — Level 1

1. You start with a Carefully Rolled Note directing you to report to Olvin Viscus at the floating wizard tower in Sageside, northeast Night Harbor, reachable via the translocation devices at its base.
2. Hand the note to Olvin Viscus. He explains all five Doctores (department heads) must sign your Academy Prospectus before you're formally enrolled, and hands you the Prospectus plus an Academy Folio to collect their signatures in.
3. Partway up the tower, hand the Prospectus to Veygen Antorious. He signs without conditions and hands back the Prospectus along with his own note, Veygen's Prospectus.
4. Continue to the top of the tower and hand the Prospectus to Jabir Ilhamar, the head Doctore. He signs it too, returning the Prospectus and Jabir's Prospectus.
5. Take the teleporter at the tower's base to the Grand Library and hand the Prospectus to Adimah Starseeker. Rather than sign immediately, she sends you to fetch her Golden-Feathered Quill from her adjunct, Domas Starseeker, handing you Adimah's Notebook to bring him.
6. Find Domas Starseeker back up in the tower and hand him the notebook. He hands over the Golden-Feathered Quill.
7. Return the quill to Adimah Starseeker. She signs the Prospectus and hands it back with Adimah's Prospectus.
8. Head back to the tower and hand the Prospectus to Rallin Wizzentrop, who's more interested in a favor: he hands you a Delivery for Hamsar to carry to the Library instead of signing right away.
9. Deliver the package to Hamsar in the Library, who trades it for Hamsar's Receipt.
10. Bring the receipt back to Rallin Wizzentrop. He finally signs the Prospectus and hands it back with Rallin's Prospectus.
11. Head to the Library and hand the Prospectus to Lanna Ivintoria. She wants proof of your resourcefulness first: two Snake Skins from snakes outside the North Gate (these can reportedly be bought instead of farmed).
12. Bring her the two Snake Skins in exchange for her signature and Lanna's Prospectus.
13. Combine all five signed notes (Veygen's, Jabir's, Adimah's, Rallin's, and Lanna's Prospectus) into the Academy Folio along with your original Academy Prospectus to create a Complete Academy Prospectus.
14. Hand the Complete Academy Prospectus to Olvin Viscus. He seals it and sends you back up to Jabir Ilhamar.
15. Bring the sealed Approved Academy Prospectus to Jabir Ilhamar. He formally inducts you as a Grade 0 Student and rewards you with an Academy Student's Robe.

Part 2 — Level 4

16. Once you've reached level 4, return to Jabir Ilhamar. He's worried about a missing student, Viridon, last sent to the Tomb of the Last Wyrmsbane, and asks you to investigate.
17. Head to the Tomb of the Last Wyrmsbane and fight skeleton-type mobs until one drops a Scorched Academy Folio (random drop).
18. Bring the folio back to Jabir Ilhamar. He's alarmed to recognize it as Viridon's and asks you to carry it to Liyna Esueiruc in the Grand Library for analysis.
19. Hand the Scorched Academy Folio to Liyna Esueiruc (you may need to turn it in twice, since the first hand-in can bounce back before she properly engages). She finds signs of necromantic scorching and gives you a Small Note to deliver back to Jabir.
20. Return the Small Note to Jabir Ilhamar. He thanks you and swaps your Academy Student's Robe for an upgraded Gilded Academy Student's Robe.

Part 3 — Higher Level (reported around level 10)

21. At sufficiently high level, hail Jabir Ilhamar again. He finally reveals that Viridon was killed, apparently the victim of a necromantic attack, and that the investigation is ongoing.
22. He redirects you toward gathering burnt-out lightstones from wisps in the Shaded Dunes, which feeds into the separate, repeatable Burnt Out Lightstones quest.
